Jeff Titcomb is the Office Manager and Board Clerk for the IVCSD. Jeff will be in the IVCSD office Mon. through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. taking payments, assisting customers, and whatever is needed to make sure that the business of the IVCSD runs smoothly. Jeff has completed 4 years of Board Clerk/Secretary training with the California Special District's Association, and is certified for each year of training. Feel free to bring your payments in or stop by and address any billing concerns, and make payment arrangements. We are here to serve the needs of the residents of Indian Valley, and Jeff's smiling face, good disposition, and customer service skills are just right for the task at hand.
