(IVCSD) was awarded a U.S. Forest Service Grant on September 18, 2023, in the amount of $90,055.00.  IVCSD was obligated to a 50% match of $90,055.00 for a total grant amount of $180,110.00.  The funds allocated for the grant were to conduct a project titled  "Advancing Wood Energy Microgrids for IVCSD and the Community of Greenville.  For public review and comment, see the final report compiled and written by Wisewood Energy entitled "Wood Energy and Microgrid Opportunities for Indian Valley Community Services District," dated December 2025.
