Meetings
The Finance Committee meets on Thursday, at 4:30 p.m. the week prior to the Regular Board Meeting. This committee usually reviews the budget and financial reports. This committee opens the bank statements sent directly to the board and puts them in a binder, that is open to the public for review.
This is an opportunity to have uninterrupted dialogue with 2 members of the board of directors and discuss the issues of the district. These meetings can be very productive and helpful to convey your thoughts and issues, so that the committee can make recommendations to the entire board at regular board meetings.
