Public Relations Committee

Mission

The Public Relations Committee of the Indian Valley Community Services District supports the Board of Directors by promoting clear, transparent, and effective communication between the District and the community. The committee helps ensure residents are informed about services, projects, policies, and opportunities to participate in District activities.

Committee members review communication strategies, public outreach efforts, and community engagement initiatives, and may make recommendations to the Board on ways to improve information sharing. By fostering open dialogue and strengthening community connections, the Public Relations Committee helps the District maintain trust, awareness, and active involvement among the residents of Indian Valley.

Meetings

This committee usually reviews the public submitted forms that are stored for public review.

These meetings allow for uninterrupted dialogue among two board of directors to discuss public communication matters of the district. These meetings are productive and help convey public comments and input through recommendations to the board at regular board meetings.
