Regular board meetings are open to the public and held bi-weekly on the first and third Wednesday of each month, begin at 6pm and are located at the IVCSD office, 127 Crescent Street #5, Greenville, California. Proceedings follow an agenda, which is published for public review 72 hours prior to a regular board meeting at the following locations: IVCSD office window and as required on the building where the meeting is located.

Special board meetings are open to the public and held on an as needed basis, begin at 6pm and are located at the IVCSD office. Proceedings follow an agenda, which is published for public review 72 hours prior to a special meeting at the same locations provided above.

Ad hoc standing committee meetings are open to the public and held on an as needed basis, begin at 6pm and are located at the IVCSD office. Proceedings follow an agenda, which is published for public review 24 hours prior to a special meeting at the same locations provided above.
